Please Note: Gregory Terrace is closed to traffic during event days.

RNA Pavilion Carpark: enter via O’Connell Terrace, Bowen Hills. Carpark entry is located just after the fenced off area. Parking is available. 4.0m height restrictions. $20.00 per vehicle per day. Card Only upon exit.

King Street Parking: Refer to Lendlease website:  https://www.kingstreetbrisbane.com/parking for information on parking at this location. 2.2m height clearance. 380 spaces plus 8 disability spaces.

There is also street parking in the streets surrounding Brisbane Showgrounds. Please adhere to the parking restrictions which apply.

FREE Train Travel

BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE AND TRAVEL FREE TO/FROM BRISBANE SHOWGROUNDS from any station on the Queensland Rail Citytrain Network including north from Gympie, west from Rosewood, south from Varsity Lakes and all Brisbane stations to either Roma Street, Central or Fortitude Valley Train Station then connect to the Loop train for the short journey to Brisbane Showgrounds.

NOTE: Free train travel does not apply to the AIRTRAIN travelling between the Airport and Eagle Junction Station. Please make sure you list the number of children travelling with you so that a ticket will be generated for each child.  Each ticket is valid for one day of entry to the Let’s Go Explore Caravan & RV Expo between the days of 30 October  – 2 November inclusive.  Two-day entry tickets are also available.

Admission

All tickets will need to be purchased online before you enter the event. If you wish to use the Free Travel component of the ticket to Brisbane Showgrounds please make sure that you purchase your ticket online before boarding a train.  Queensland Rail may ask you to present your eTicket as proof that you are entitled to free train travel.  Cash is not accepted at the gate.  Please have your eTicket ready (print-out or on your phone) for scanning at the entry gate. Don’t worry if you need a little help purchasing your ticket, we will have friendly staff waiting to assist you on the day at the event.

Disabled Visitors

A limited number of Persons with a Disability (PWD) car parking space are available for holders of a valid government issued disability parking permit. These car parks will be issued to customers on a first come, first served basis on event day. All entry gates at Brisbane Showgrounds Stadium are Person with a Disability (PWD) accessible. There are a number of disability toilets located around the event precinct. Ramps are also placed at entrances into buildings for ease of access.

Smoking & Vaping

Under the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998 (QLD) smoking is prohibited in all areas of Brisbane Showgrounds except in designated smoking areas as signed. Exhibitors, Contractors and Patrons who smoke outside the designated smoking only areas but within Brisbane Showgrounds:

(a) Commit an offence against the Act, to which substantial penalties apply

(b) May be immediately ejected from the event precinct.

Vaping is also not allowed within the Showgrounds.

Cloak Room

If you are travelling or require an area to have your large bag/luggage held during your visit to the Let’s Go Explore Caravan & RV Expo, then you can have them kept at the event office located in the Governor’s Pavilion opposite Ekka Plaza.

Can I bring my pet?

We love our pets as much as you do, however due to the large amount of visitors expected, and in the interest and safety of your beloved fur family member, we advise that this event is NOT pet friendly.

ATM

An ATM will be located outside of Building 8.

Baby Change Facility

Baby change facilities are located around Brisbane Showgrounds. Please refer to the Visitor Guide for locations.

Catering Facilities & Rest Areas

Please refer to the Visitor Guide for information regarding catering and food outlets.

Rest Rooms

Ladies and Gents toilets are situated in several locations within the event precinct. In addition to this there are also public toilets for use by Person with a Disability (PWD).
