Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Caravan Trade and Industries Association of Queensland, ABN 48 009 859 367 will be held at the Caravanning Queensland Office at Unit 9, 10 Hudson Road, Albion commencing at 2:00 PM on Thursday 27th November 2025.

  2. Declaration of Proxies
     
  3. Minutes of previous AGM
     
  4. President’s Report and Report of the Committee for the previous financial year
     
  5. Presentation and adoption of the Financial Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
     
  6. Presentation and adoption of Auditor’s Statement for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
     
  7. Re-appointment of auditor Hartman Auditors being a duly qualified and
    registered auditor offer themselves for re-election for the 2025/26 financial year.
     
  8. Election of Directors
    Three (3) nominations were received for the three (3) available positions on the CTIAQ Board of Directors. As the number of nominees does not exceed the number of vacancies, no election will be held. The following nominees will be appointed to the Board at the AGM:

    Mark Glencross | City Caravans
