
Eligibility for Membership
Membership with the Caravan Trade & Industries Association of Queensland (CTIAQ) is open to Queensland-owned and/or based businesses that conduct a significant portion of their activities within the state. Eligible businesses must be actively involved in the supply, manufacture, or sale of tangible recreational vehicle industry products primarily marketed in Queensland.
Associate Membership
Associate membership is available to companies whose products or services are not directly part of the caravan and camping industry but have clear relevance to it. This may include businesses in areas such as finance, insurance, marketing, or related support services.
Application and Approval Process
All membership applications are reviewed and approved by the CTIAQ Board of Directors and include a probationary period of 12 months from the date of acceptance.
Additional Requirements
- The applying business must have been operating under the same ownership and directorship for at least 12 months prior to application.
- Where applicable, members are required to apply for Caravan Industry Association of Australia (CIAA) Accreditation relevant to their industry category. Accreditation must be completed within the CTIAQ probationary period.
- Businesses involved in manufacturing, retail, or service operations will be required to undergo a mandatory site inspection conducted by an authorised representative of the Queensland caravan industry.
