Bump-out information

BUMP OUT GATES

Sunday – Enter via Gate 2 (Crusher Park Drive), Exit via Gate 1 (Coronation Avenue)

Monday/Tuesday – Enter & Exit via Gate 1 (Coronation Avenue)

BUMP-OUT TIMES

Sunday 18 August 4.15pm to 7pm

Monday 19 August 7am to 5pm

Tuesday 20 August 7am to 12pm

Everything must be removed from Nambour Showgrounds by 12 noon Tuesday 20 August.

High Vis clothing and closed in shoes must be worn from 4pm Sunday 18 August.  The Expo Office has hi vis vests for sale for $10.

• All Vehicles will need to have a Vehicle Access Pass on the dashboard when entering/exiting the grounds. This is the same pass used during bump in.
• Print off multiple copies for your staff / transport companies / couriers etc.

NO TRUCK OR TILT-TRAYS UNTIL 5:15PM

Exhibitors who are displaying RVs, will have their Bump out passes given to them tomorrow morning.

Free Exhibitor Parking

Access to the free exhibitor parking is via Gate 2 only (Gate 2 is opposite 13 Crusher Park Drive, Nambour). On entry you must show your Exhibitor Badge to the car park attendants/gate staff who will direct you to the Exhibitor car park.

If you are unable to present your Exhibitor Badge you will be directed to the Public car parking area and charged a parking fee of $10. Card or Cash accepted.

Restocking of Stands

If you require a pass to restock your stand on the weekend they are available from the Expo Office.. Please ensure that you know the make/model and registration number of the vehicle you require the pass for. Access to the grounds is from 7am to 8am only. All restocking vehicles must exit the grounds by 8.15am so that the grounds can be readied for Expo opening at 9am

Customer Receipts

Please ensure that you are providing your customers with a receipt for all goods being purchased at the Expo. Security Guards will be conducting random checks of goods being taken out of the grounds.
