Bump In/Key Points

FINAL BUMP IN
Friday 16 August – 7am to 8am

Bump in is a busy time. To help ensure it runs as smoothly as possible please note the following:

• Safety vests must be worn at all times
• Covered/enclosed footwear must be worn at all times
• Children 15 years of age or under are not allowed on the grounds during bump in or out
• The Nambour Showgrounds and the Let’s Go Sunshine Coast Caravan & Outdoor Expo are SMOKE & VAPE FREE
• Speed limit within the grounds is 5km and hazard lights must be on whilst moving
• Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only – not on roadways or in passageways
• Beware of forklifts in operation
• All electrical tools, appliances and leads must be tested and tagged
• First Aid Office will be located the building opposite the Show Office (Scout Hall Building)
• Do not block any fire exit, alarm, hose reel or other appliance with any fixture fitting, vehicle or rubbish
• No unauthorised person may enter this private property at any time including public roadways which are closed and controlled by permit

Exhibitor Badges/Daily Entry

Exhibitor Badges must be collected from the Expo Office (located in Scout Hall) so that you and your staff have them prior to show opening tomorrow. Please present your badge for scanning by Gate Staff at the entry gates. Photocopies and Exhibitor Badges shown on phones won’t be accepted.

Free Exhibitor Parking

Free Exhibitor Parking is available to Exhibitors who display their Exhibitor Badge. Access to this car park is via Gate 2 only (Gate 2 is opposite 13 Crusher Park Drive, Nambour). On entry you must show your Exhibitor Badge (Hardcopy only) to the car park attendants/gate staff who will direct you to the Exhibitor car park.

If you are unable to present your Exhibitor Badge you will be directed to the Public car parking area and charged a parking fee of $10. CARD ONLY.

Daily Visitor Attendance

Interim attendance figures will be shared with you via the daily SMS update Newsletter.

Restocking of Stands

Restocking Passes are available from the Expo Office. Please ensure that you know the make/model and registration number of the vehicle before you come to the office for the pass. Access to the grounds is from 7am to 8am only. All restocking vehicles must exit the grounds by 8.15am so that the grounds can be readied for Expo opening at 9am. Entry is via Gate 1 only.

Customer Receipts

Please ensure that you are providing your customers with a receipt for all goods being purchased at the Expo. Security Guards will be conducting random checks of goods being taken out of the grounds.

Bump-out information

Exhibitors displaying Caravans, Camper Trailers, Motorhomes, Slide On etc will have their RV Exit passes delivered to their stand on Sunday morning.

RV Dealers – Please complete the short survey (Click Here) to let us know how many RVs you have on your stand by close of business Friday 16 August.

All other exhibitors eg Accessories etc do not require an exit pass. Download a VEHICLE ACCESS PASS
