Bump In/Key Points

GENERAL BUMP IN TIMES
Wednesday 16 August – 7am to 5pm
Thursday 17 August – 7am to 6pm
Friday 18 August – 7am to 8am

Bump in is a busy time. To ensure it runs as smoothly as possible please note the following:

• Exhibitors MUST adhere to the bump in schedule previously emailed to you.  Some exhibitors may be contacted directly by the show manager with any alterations to this schedule)
• Safety vests must be worn at all times
• Covered/enclosed footwear must be worn at all times
• Children 15 years of age or under are not allowed on the grounds during bump in or out
• The Nambour Showgrounds and the Let’s Go Sunshine Coast Caravan & Outdoor Expo are SMOKE FREE
• Speed limit within the grounds is 5km and hazard lights must be on whilst moving
• Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only – not on roadways or in passageways
• Beware of forklifts in operation
• All electrical tools, appliances and leads must be tested and tagged
• First Aid Office will be located in the Nicklin Building
• Do not block any fire exit, alarm, hose reel or other appliance with any fixture fitting, vehicle or rubbish
• No unauthorised person may enter this private property at any time including public roadways which are closed and controlled by permit

Bump In – Catering

Tipple & Tamper Coffee (located opposite the Grandstand) will be open on site from 7.30am on Thursday, 17th August for coffee.

Exhibitor Badges/Daily Entry

Please collect these from the Expo Office (located in the Scout Hall) during bump in. All exhibitors will be required to show their Exhibitor Badge to Gate Staff for scanning from opening day so that they can enter the grounds. Please present your badge for scanning at the entry gate.

Exhibitor Parking

Free Exhibitor Car Parking (event days) is available only to Exhibitors who display their Exhibitor Badge. Access to this car park is via Gate 2 only (Access to Gate 2 is via Crusher Park Drive). On entry show your Exhibitor Badge to the car park attendants/gate staff who will direct you to the Exhibitor car park.

If you are unable to present your Exhibitor Badge at this point you will be directed to the Public car parking area and charged a parking fee of $10. Cash or card is accepted..

Daily Visitor Attendance

Interim attendance figures will be shared with you via the daily SMS update Newsletter.

Restocking of Stands

Restocking Passes are available from the Expo Office. Please ensure that you know the make/model and registration number of the vehicle you are driving. Access to the grounds is from 7am to 8am only. All restocking vehicles must exit the grounds by 8.15am so Expo opening at 9am

Customer Receipts

Please ensure that you are providing your customers with a receipt for all goods being purchased at the Supershow. Security Guards will be conducting random checks of goods being taken out of the Showgrounds.

Bump-out information

Exhibitors displaying Caravans, Camper Trailers, Motorhomes etc will have their RV Exit passes delivered to their stand on Sunday morning.

RV Dealers – Please complete the short survey below to let us know how many RVs you have on your stand by close of business Friday 18 August.

All other exhibitors eg Accessories etc do not require an exit pass. Download a VEHICLE ACCESS PASS

VAN JAM 2023 – 22 – 24 August

Space applications for VAN JAM 2023 were sent out several weeks ago. If you have not yet received your application invite please let us know at the Expo Office and we will resend it to you. Thank you to those who have already completed their registration. Allocations are under way so if you want to secure a spot please make sure you have lodged your application.
