BUMP OUT INFORMATION

Sunday 9th June 4:15pm to 9:00pm
Monday 10th June 7:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday 11th June 7:00am to 12:00noon

You can bring your vehicle into the showgrounds after 4.15pm today.

Trucks (including flatbeds, tilt-trays, semi etc) will not be allowed to enter Brisbane Showgrounds until after 5:15pm.

Please enter the showground as per your bump in.
• If you entered in via Gate 5, Then you will enter/exit via Gate 5
• If you entered via Gate 1
o Sunday: Enter via Gate 3, Exit via Gate 1
o Mon, Tuesday: Enter via Gate 1 and Exit via Gate 3.
• If you entered via Royal ICC Loading Dock, enter/exit via Royal ICC Loading Dock

Hi Vis clothing and closed in shoes must be worn from 4:00pm by all exhibitors.
You can purchase a hi vis vest from the show office for $10 each
All Vehicles will need to have a Vehicle Access Pass on the dashboard when entering/exiting Brisbane Showgrounds. Vehicle Access Passes can be downloaded from your Exhibitor Portal or via the button below.
Print off multiple copies for your staff / transport companies / couriers etc.
If you want to bump out outside of the above times, please notify the gate staff.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR RV DEALERS (ONLY)
RV EXIT Passes
for those Exhibitors displaying Caravans, Camper Trailers, Fifth Wheelers, Motorhomes etc.
(This includes stock trailers, display caravans, Coffee Stand converted RVs)
• In addition to the above Vehicle Access Pass, you will be provided with a quantity of RV Exit Passes to use during move-out of your stock.
• RV EXIT PASSES will be produced by the Supershow administration team and will be delivered to your Dealer Principal later today. Please notify us if you prefer to pick up the RV Exit Passes.
• Each pass will be unique to you and your brands and cannot be shared with other exhibitors.
• You will be assigned One pass for every RV that is on your stand
• At the Exit Gate, you will give the security guard one RV Pass for every RV that leaves Brisbane Showgrounds.
• If you are towing/transporting multiple RVs then you will give the security guard a RV Exit Pass for every RV that is being towed/transported.

If you are not displaying an RV, then you do not need an RV Exit Pass, you only need your Vehicle Access Pass.
