The interim* attendance for Tuesday 6 June was 3246 and ticket sales are tracking well for the remainder of the week.

RV Salesperson Quiz

When planning and preparing for an event such as the Let’s Go Queensland Caravan & Camping Supershow it is vitally important that all members and their sales staff fully understand their obligations and responsibilities to ensure full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law in maintained.  

The Caravan Trade & Industries Association of Queensland (CTIAQ) has been working with the Caravan Industry Association of Australia (CIAA) in developing a Salesperson “quiz”, designed to refresh and update the salespersons knowledge on their obligations under Australian Consumer Law when dealing with consumers.

The Salesperson Quiz is a FREE educational resource for all Caravan & RV Salespeople/Exhibitors working at our upcoming event.  The CTIAQ encourage all RV exhibitors, including all sales staff, take the time to review and complete this Quiz.   The questions contained within the quiz are a very useful refresher on Australian Consumer Law obligations.

We strongly recommend that all dealer principals and their staff take the time to complete it. (Please kindly circulate the below link to the quiz amongst your team)

Exhibitor Parking

Victoria Park, 271 Gilchrist Avenue, Herston will be open for exhibitor parking from 7am and is the cheapest parking around the showgrounds. There are several multi-storey carparks however their charges are considerably more expensive than the Victoria Park option.

$15 per vehicle, cash or card. It is a short walk, less than 10 min, to the Showgrounds.

Restocking of Stands

Restocking Passes are available from the Supershow Office for those exhibitors who need to replenish stock each morning. Please ensure that you know the make/model and registration number of the vehicle you are driving. Access to the Showgrounds for restocking is from 7am to 8am only. All restocking vehicles must exit the grounds by 8.15am so that the grounds can be readied for Supershow opening at 9am

Parcel Pickup

A parcel pickup service is available for your customers.

• Package up the products purchased
• Ensure you have provided a receipt to the customer
• You or your customer can take the goods to the parcel pickup counter located in Alexandria Street
• Customer to collect by hand at the end of the day and carry them out, or
• Use the drive up service gate located in Alexandria Street, near Gate 2 (outside the showgrounds)

Customer Receipts

Please ensure that you are providing your customers with a receipt for all goods being purchased at the Supershow. Security Guards will be conducting random checks of goods being taken out of the Showgrounds.

Friday 9 June 6pm – 7.30pm

ALEXANDRIA PARK (BEHIND BUILDING 8)

You and your staff are welcome to join the Show Team for a relaxed evening at the VAN JAM STAGE located in Alexandria Park (behind Building 8) for complimentary drinks and nibbles!

Please note however if you are parked over at the Victoria Park Carpark keep in mind that it will close at 7pm on Friday night. There is no overnight parking allowed in this carpark.

Bump-out information

Exhibitors displaying Caravans, Camper Trailers, Motorhomes, Fifth-Wheelers etc will have their RV Exit passes delivered to their stand on Sunday morning.

RV Dealers – Please complete the short survey below to let us know how many RVs you have on your stand by close of business Friday 9 June.

All other exhibitors eg Accessories etc do not require an exit pass.

2023 Let’s Go Sunshine Coast Caravan & Outdoor Expo – 18 – 20 August

Space applications for the 2023 Let’s Go Sunshine Coast Caravan & Outdoor Expo were sent out several weeks ago. If you have not yet received your application invite please let us know at the Supershow Office and we will resend it to you. Thank you to those who have already completed their registration. First round allocations will commence from Monday 26 June so if you want to be included this first round please make sure you have lodged your application.
