Daily Attendance

We welcomed an interim* attendance of 1900 members of the public to our event today.  This figure represents an increase of just over 10% on last year’s first day.  Ticket sales continue to track well and we hope the trend continues for the next three days!

Exhibitor Passes

All staff entering the event each day must be in possession of a hardcopy Exhibitor Pass. No photocopies or images of a pass on a mobile phone are accepted. Please make sure your staff are aware of the conditions of entry.

Carparking $20

Parking locations (fee applies) available to both exhibitors and public are as follows:

The Pavilion (Gate 5) – enter off O’Connell Terrace – $20 per car per day.

Outdoor Parking Area – Before Gate 5 enter off O’Connell Terrace – $20 per car per day.

Restocking of Stands

A Daily Restocking Pass is required if you need to restock your stand. These are available from the Event Office. Please make sure that you know the make, model and registration number of the vehicle before requesting the pass.

Restocking of stands is only allowed between 7AM and 8AM.  All restocking vehicles must be removed from the grounds by 8.15AM.

CLEANER’S VEHICLES – likewise as above.

Bump Out Information

 RV EXIT PASSES

(Exhibitors displaying Caravans, Camper Trailers, Fifth Wheelers, Slide-on Campers, Motorhomes etc.)

• Exhibitors displaying Caravans, Camper Trailers, Motorhomes etc will have their RV Exit passes delivered to their stand on Sunday morning.
• RV Dealers – Please complete the short survey below to let us know how many RVs you have on your stand by close of business Friday 1 November otherwise you will not be provided with bump out passes.
• All other exhibitors eg Accessories etc do not require an exit pass. Please use the same Vehicle Access pass which was provided when you bumped in.
