Customer Receipts

Please ensure that you are providing your customers with a receipt for all goods being purchased at the Sale. Security Guards will be conducting random checks of goods being taken out of the Showgrounds.

Bump-out information

RV Exit Passes will be delivered on Sunday to Exhibitors who are displaying Caravans, Camper Trailers, Motorhomes.

All other exhibitors such as those displaying Accessories do not require an exit pass. All Exhibitors however will need to display Vehicle Access Pass on their dashboards if they intend to bring a vehicle into the grounds. Download a VEHICLE ACCESS PASS HERE.
