Daily Visitor Attendance

Interim* attendance (*final attendance figures will be provided in the post-event wrap up report) for Friday 1 November. Ticket sales are tracking well and attendance figures are up on last year.

Carparking

During the event, the PAID parking areas available to both exhibitors and public are the following:

Royal ICC Building (Underground Parking) – Enter via Gate 1 Gregory Terrace (Costin Street end). $20.00 per car per day. No oversized vehicles or trailers permitted eg Trucks etc.

Marquee 1, Marquee 2 & Surroundings – Enter via Gate 4 – O’Connell Terrace $20.00 per car per day.

Restocking of Stands

Restocking Passes are available from the Show Office. Please ensure that you know the make/model and registration number of the vehicle you are driving. Access to the grounds is from 7am to 8am only. All restocking vehicles must exit the grounds by 8.15am Show opening at 9am

Customer Receipts

Please ensure that you are providing your customers with a receipt for all goods being purchased at the Sale. Security Guards will be conducting random checks of goods being taken out of the Showgrounds.

Bump-out information

Exhibitors displaying Caravans, Camper Trailers, Motorhomes etc will have their RV Exit passes delivered to their stand on Sunday morning.

RV Dealers – Please complete the short survey below to let us know how many RVs you have on your stand by close of business Friday 1 November.

All other exhibitors eg Accessories etc do not require an exit pass. Download a VEHICLE ACCESS PASS

Space applications for the 2025 Let’s Go Gold Coast Caravan & Outdoor Expo will be sent out shortly. First round allocations will commence shortly so if you want to be included this first round please make sure you lodge your application.
