Exhibitor Passes

There is still a large number of Exhibitor Packs that haven’t been picked up from the Show Office. You will need your Exhibitor Pass to enter the showgrounds from tomorrow morning. Photocopies or passes shown on the phone won’t be accepted.

Carparking $20.00

During the event, the PAID parking areas available to both exhibitors and public are the following:

• Marquee 1, Marquee 2 & Surroundings – Enter via Gate 4 – O’Connell Terrace $20.00 per car per day.
• Royal ICC Building (Underground Parking) – Enter via Gate 1 Gregory Terrace (Costin Street end). $20.00 per car per day. No oversized vehicles or trailers permitted eg Trucks etc.

Truck/Trailer Parking

From Wednesday 30 Oct until Sunday 3 Nov, there will be parking available for Large Trucks and Trailers via Gate 5 on O’Connell Terrace. $35 a day. Multi day parking passes are available. Please do not try to park in the Pavilion Carpark as it is not suitable for trucks and trailers.

Restocking Your Stand

Exhibitors wish to restock their stand will be allowed in only between 7AM and 8AM.  All vehicles must be out by 8.15AM.

If you need to bring a vehicle into the grounds to restock your stand you must have a Daily Restocking Pass which you can obtain from the Event Office.

CLEANER’S VEHICLES – likewise as above.
