Exhibitor Entry

Entry to the stadium for exhibitors is via the following gates:

Gate 1 from 7am

Gate 4 from 7am

Gate 6 from 7am to 9am only – this gate will close to everyone at 9am

Exhibitor Catering

Heritage Bank Stadium and the O’Brien Catering Group are happy to offer Exhibitors the convenience of pre-ordering catering for you and your staff during the Expo. 

Please contact O’Brien Catering Group if you are interested otherwise complete THIS FORM and return it to Heritage Bank Stadium.

IMPORTANT: External catering is not permitted within the Stadium. This includes delivery of pizza, Subway, Uber Eats etc.

Bump-out information

Bump out information will be shared with exhibitors over the coming days. Please ensure that you retain your Vehicle Access Pass as you will need this when you bump-out your stand.
