Restocking your stand

If you need to restock your stand each morning, please see the show office to obtain a Restocking Pass. Restocking is allowed between 7 – 8am each morning.

Please enter and exit via Gate 6.

Bump-out information

All Exhibitors will need to display a Vehicle Access Pass when entering/existing Heritage Bank Stadium. Download a VEHICLE ACCESS PASS Here.

RV Dealers – your RV Exit passes will be delivered to your stand Sunday morning.

Lithium Battery Safety

Further to our email on Monday 26th February regarding compliance of lithium battery installations, the CTIAQ WH&S team are asking exhibitors to take note of the attached precautions. Please click here for more information.

REMINDER, Lithium batteries MUST NOT be charged on site overnight.
