Welcome to the 2024 Let’s Go Gold Coast Caravan & Outdoor Expo. Thank you to everyone for working with us to ensure a safe, smooth bump-in so far.

If you haven’t yet collected your exhibitor passes, don’t forget to do this today so you and your staff are able to access the event precinct tomorrow morning.

Exhibitor Entry (Opening Day)

Entry to the stadium for exhibitors is via the following gates:

Gate 1 from 7am

Gate 4 from 7am

Gate 6 from 7am to 9am only – this gate will close to everyone at 9am

Lithium Battery Safety

Further to our email on Monday 26th February regarding compliance of lithium battery installations, the CTIAQ WH&S team are asking exhibitors to take note of the attached precautions. Please click here for more information.

REMINDER, Lithium batteries MUST NOT be charged on site overnight.

Event Promotion

During the Expo keep an eye out for the newest member of the CTIAQ team Tommy. Tommy and Scotty Hillier will be making their way around the Expo filming some short videos for social media. Make sure you say hello!

Show Office and Exhibitor Packs

The show office is located on the upper level of Heritage Bank Stadium. Access is via the lifts up to level 2. Enter via the sliding doors on your left. Alternative access is via the staircase from The Concourse.

Bump Out

Bump out information will be shared with exhibitors over the coming days. Please ensure that you retain your Vehicle Access Pass as you will need this when you bump-out your stand.
