About
The Young Achiever of the Year Award recognises an outstanding individual under the age of 35 who has demonstrated significant growth and development within the RV Industry.
This award celebrates a young professional who may have started their career in an entry level position (examples: apprentice or trainee, receptionist, admin assistant, detailer or general yard hand) and has shown remarkable progress, working their way up within the company. A worthy winner of this award displays exceptional dedication, ambition, and a strong work ethic. Their journey reflects a commitment to learning, personal growth, and a passion for the RV industry. They have not only advanced in their career but also contributed meaningfully to their organisation’s success, embodying the future leadership and innovation of the industry.
Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria for the Young Achiever of the Year Award:
- The nominee must be under the age of 35 years by 30 October 2024.
- Is an employee of a current financial member of the CTIAQ.
- Started their career in the RV industry in an entry-level position.
- Demonstrated significant growth and advancement within their company.
- Exhibit exceptional dedication, ambition, and a strong work ethic.
- Shows a commitment to learning and personal development.
- Has made meaningful contributions to their organisation’s success.
Recognition
The winner of this award will receive a custom designed trophy and will be recognised for their achievements at the CTIAQ 60th Anniversary Celebration to be held at The Star Brisbane on Friday 8th November 2024. The Young Achiever of the Year will also receive a complimentary full registration and accommodation package for the 2025 CIAA National Conference, including the Future Leaders Forum.
