The Service or Repair Superstar Award recognises an outstanding service or repair technician with exceptional technical skills and extensive knowledge of RV service and repair procedures.

This award celebrates the significant contributions, expertise, and professionalism of a service or repair technician who exemplifies excellence in their field.
Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria for the Service or Repair Superstar Award:
- Is an employee of a current financial member of the CTIAQ.
- The nominee’s primary role must be as a service or repair technician within the Queensland Caravan Industry.
- Demonstrates exceptional technical skills and knowledge of RV service and repair procedures.
- Consistently delivers high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibits a positive, customer-focused attitude and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative approach to repairs.
- Has a strong work ethic, reliability, and a collaborative spirit within their team.
Recognition
The winner of this award will receive a custom designed trophy and will be recognised for their achievements at the CTIAQ 60th Anniversary Celebration to be held at The Star Brisbane on Friday 8th November 2024.
