The Sales Superstar – Other Industry Product Award recognises an outstanding sales professional whose primary focus is the sale of caravan industry-related products or services.
This includes caravan and camping accessories, insurance, finance, or services such as driver education, advisory services like towing or weights, and hire products. A worthy winner of this award will have a proven track record of sales performance and a deep understanding of the products or services they offer. They excel in building strong customer relationships, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a persuasive, customer-focused sales approach. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and product knowledge not only drive sales but also significantly enhance the reputation and success of their organisation. This award celebrates the achievements of a sales superstar who consistently meets targets, provides outstanding customer service, and contributes meaningfully to the growth and success of the caravan industry.
Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria for the Sales Superstar – Other Industry Product Award:
- Is an employee of a current financial member of the CTIAQ.
OR
a Sole-Trader who is a current financial member of the CTIAQ. - Their primary sales focus must be on caravan industry-related products or services, such as caravan and camping accessories, insurance, finance, driver education, advisory services (e.g., towing or weights), or hire products.
- Have a proven sales history with outstanding performance in selling these products or services.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a customer-focused sales approach.
- Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the products or services they sell.
- Consistently meets sales targets and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Contributed significantly to the growth and success of their organisation or business and the caravan industry.
Recognition
The winner of this award will receive a custom designed trophy and will be recognised for their achievements at the CTIAQ 60th Anniversary Celebration to be held at The Star Brisbane on Friday 8th November 2024.
