  4. Encourage professional development by providing access to regular training and education, with a view to gaining industry-recognised qualifications.
  5. Actively promotes a diverse workforce, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, or background.
  6. Strives to help employees achieve an optimal work-life balance through flexible working arrangements and support for personal well-being.
  7. Fosters a positive and supportive work environment.

Recognition

The winner of this award will receive a custom designed trophy and will be recognised for their achievements at the CTIAQ 60th Anniversary Celebration to be held at The Star Brisbane on Friday 8th November 2024.
