The Apprentice or Trainee Superstar Award recognises an outstanding apprentice or trainee with exceptional enthusiasm and dedication to their role.
A worthy winner of this award will demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry. They possess a positive attitude and an eagerness to take on new challenges, consistently displaying initiative and a proactive approach to their work. With excellent teamwork skills and a cooperative spirit, they contribute significantly to their team’s success. Their strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence set them apart as a future leader in the Queensland Caravan Industry. This award celebrates the remarkable achievements, hard work, and potential of an apprentice or trainee who is making a significant impact in their organisation.
Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria for the Apprentice or Trainee Superstar Award:
- Is an employee of a current financial member of the CTIAQ.
- Currently studying a recognised RV Industry Qualification.
- Is employed as an apprentice or trainee within the Queensland Caravan Industry.
- Demonstrates exceptional enthusiasm and dedication to their role.
- Displays a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Exhibits excellent teamwork skills and a cooperative spirit.
- Has a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
Recognition
The winner of this award will receive a custom designed trophy and will be recognised for their achievements at the CTIAQ 60th Anniversary Celebration to be held at The Star Brisbane on Friday 8th November 2024.
