CPAQ Conference – Day 1

• Arrive Early: Registration opens at 8:00 am—grab your name tag, a coffee, and start catching up with industry friends.
• Program Kick-off: We’ll get underway promptly at 8:30 am with a lineup of engaging and informative speakers.
• Trade Space: Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be held in the Trade Expo—a perfect chance to explore products, chat with suppliers, and earn raffle tickets!
• CPAQ Awards Dinner:
  • When: 7:00 pm for a 7:30 pm start
  • What: Celebrate the winners of the 2025 CPAQ Awards over exceptional food, drinks, and company. It’s a night to relax, connect, and cheer on the best in our industry.

CPAQ Conference – Day 2

• Program Start: Day 2 begins at 8:30 am with more thought-provoking sessions and an engaging breakout program.
• Trade Space Continues: Enjoy morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea while chatting with suppliers and earning even more raffle tickets.
• Closing Session & Raffle: End the day inspired with stories from an industry future leader and an existing leader, followed by our exciting raffle draw.
• Casual Drinks: Wind down with your new connections over casual drinks.

Tuesday Evening
Stick around! Several Queensland park operators will gather for casual dinners at one of the many fantastic restaurants at RACV Royal Pines Resort.

Future Leaders Forum

• When: Tuesday evening (registration required)
• Who: Open to anyone under 40 or shared with a younger team member.
• What: Enjoy networking drinks followed by tailored sessions, concluding with the National Conference Welcome Function.
