Can tickets be transferred or refunded?
Tickets can be transferred into another name at any time before the event. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
Will my details be shared with anyone?
- Your registration data such as full name, job title, company/organisation, industry sector, and email will be shared with our exhibitors. If you wish for your job title, industry sector, and email not to be shared with the exhibitors you can opt-out by sending an email to conference@caravanqld.com.au.
- Your company name will be added to the list of companies attending the 2025 CPAQ Conference which will be made available to CPAQ Members.
- If you are attending a National Masterclass, your registration information will be shared with the organiser of that Masterclass (e.g. RMS, Newbook, etc) and may be used by that company for marketing purposes.
Event Details
What are the conference dates, start and end times, and location details?
The event kicks off at 8:30 am on Monday, 12 May 2025 (registration from 8:00 am) and concludes with closing drinks at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 13 May 2025.
Is there a dress code for the event or specific sessions?
- Day sessions: Casual attire, delegates often wear their park-branded shirts.
- Awards dinner: ‘Casual cocktail’ – a balance of formal and casual, combining elegance and comfort.
Program and Sessions
Will the full program be available before the conference?
Yes, the program will be released in early March, with sneak peeks shared beforehand.
Can attendees access recorded sessions post-event?
No, there will be no recordings available post-event.

Do attendees need to submit questions in advance, or can they ask on the day?
Questions can be submitted in advance, but we’ll also allow time for questions from the floor.
Is the session open to all attendees?
Yes, this session is open to all attendees.

Are there discounted accommodation rates for attendees?

Will parking be provided, and is there a cost?
Parking is available free of charge at the conference venue.

Are there dedicated networking sessions or informal meetups planned?
Absolutely!
- Networking opportunities include afternoon tea (Monday) and morning tea & lunch (Tuesday) in the Trade Expo space.
- Monday evening’s CPAQ Awards Dinner offers a fantastic chance to connect over exceptional food, drinks, and company.
How can attendees make the most of networking at the event?
Bring your questions, a big smile, and don’t be shy—introduce yourself! If you’re worried about not knowing anyone, look for the CPAQ Board and team in their blue shirts—they’ll happily introduce you around.
Trade Expo
When is the Trade Expo open, and is it included in the registration fee?
Yes, it’s included!
- Monday: Open from morning tea (~10:30 am) until afternoon tea (~3:00 pm).
- Tuesday: Open from 8:00 am until afternoon tea (~3:00 pm).
Are there opportunities to book one-on-one time with exhibitors?
While no formal bookings are available, the venue has ample seating for semi-private discussions. For a quieter time, we suggest scheduling discussions during session times.

Are there opportunities to feature products/services at the event?
Yes! This year we’re offering a 3-minute pitch session (pay-to-play), but spaces are limited so get in quick!
