The annual Queensland Caravan, Camping and Touring Supershow will be held at the iconic Brisbane Showgrounds from 5 – 10 June 2019. This massive 6-day event will showcase all the latest Outdoor Lifestyle Products including Caravans, Camper Trailers, Motorhomes, Tent Trailers, Campervans, 5th Wheelers and huge range of Recreational Vehicle Accessories.  Also on display will be  4×4’s & Tow Vehicles, 4×4 equipment, touring information & more.

More than 1,000 RV products from all the leading brands and the latest models are all in the one location!

Rest Areas

Most catering outlets will have seating nearby, also there will be almost 2000 seats around the grounds, some under cover and some outdoors.

Rest Rooms

Ladies and gents toilets are situated within the show precinct. See the maps at the gate entrance or grab a copy of the visitor guide for the closest rest room.

Parenting Rooms

Parting rooms are located around the event precinct including:

  • Upper level of the Royal ICC Building.
  • Near the Supershow Office diagonally opposite the Train departure station
  • Near Marquee 2
  • In Sideshow near the Pavilion

ATM Facilities

ATMs will be available on the grounds. Please see the map upon entry to view the locations.

Hire Facilities

A limited number of wheelchairs and strollers are available for hire from the Supershow office which is located in the Members Bar on the lower level of the Member’s Grandstand (diagonally opposite the Train departure station).  A number of wheelchairs are also available at the Information booth located in Sideshow.  There is no cloakroom available on the grounds.

Catering Facilities

A number of catering outlets are located around the grounds and include coffee shops through to to food outlets selling everything from salads and wraps to dagwood dogs and chips.  No two outlets have identical menus so if you cannot find what you want, it may be available at another outlet not too far away.

Just a few steps from the Supershow precinct is King Street which is a haven for dining options from all over the world including Vietnam, Greece, Mexico, France and Japan.  Also new this year is the ‘Welcome to Bowen Hills’ foodie mecca which consist of all your favourite food trucks in the one location. The Bavarian Beerhaus is open to anyone keen on anything from pork belly to kransky sausages and even a 1KG schnitzel. To quench your thirst, there is well-equipped beer garden with a wide range of local and international beers on offer. Click here for additional food options.

Parcel Pickup

A parcel pickup service will be available for all Supershow visitors. Parcel pickup is located on Alexandria Street (Access is via Machinery Street). Please note: Alexandria Street is a one way street.

Prizes

This year one lucky show visitor will have the opportunity to win a brand new Jayco CrossTrak (Jayco’s first ever hybrid RV) custom built with off-roading travel at the forefront and valued at $36,990 RRP!  To win this fabulous prize all you have to do is complete your “Passport to Freedom “Word Search” competition entry form (handed to you on show entry).  Make sure you visit the six passport points located on the show map, write down the unique word located at each point and lodge your completed entry form in one of the competition barrels located near the exits. Show Information

Show visitors will receive a free Visitor Guide at the gate, one per couple / family. This will include an Overall Map of the Show Precinct, maps of each individual building or area, Lists of exhibitors, seminar programs and other relevant information.  Additionally experienced Information Officers are positioned around the grounds or our Senior Gate Supervisors can assist with any queries you may have as well.

Conditions of Entry

Conditions of Entry
The event operator reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse entry or remove any person without entitlement to a refund, including any person who causes a disturbance or refuses to comply with reasonable requests made by the event operator.
Visitors must be able to produce evidence of proof of purchase (receipt) to event security when exiting the grounds. This may include checking the contents of bags to match the item with the product description on the receipt or proof of purchase. It is the responsibility of the visitor to obtain a receipt or proof of purchase from the exhibitor when making a purchase.
You must comply with any reasonable directions given by the event operator and the security arrangements for the event and the venue which may include searches of clothing and possessions and prohibition of certain items such as knives, umbrellas, glass, illegal items, vehicles or other transportation devices (except as required because of a disability), alcohol, animals and items which may cause nuisance or danger.
No animals are permitted within the show buildings or grounds at any time except guide animals required for persons with disabilities and as certified by law.
If you bring children into the event you are responsible for their care and conduct. All children attending the event must be under the supervision of an adult guardian at all times. You are responsible for any acts or omissions committed by children whom you have brought to the event.
Smoking is not permitted in the venue. Smoking areas in the venue precinct will be designated.
Persons gaining unauthorised access to the event may be liable for prosecution.
The event operator reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, postpone or re-schedule any displays or events in the event.
The event operator does not represent that there will be space for you to observe any particular displays in the event.
The organisers reserve the right to prohibit use of cameras, audio and video recorders. You may use these types of personal devices for private use only and with the permission of stand operators.
You consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded as a member of the event audience. Unless otherwise agreed with the event operator, you consent to the event operator and third parties using images and recordings of you for broadcast, publication and licensing without compensation or acknowledgement.
Unless authorised by the event operator in writing, you must not conduct any commercial, political, soliciting, promotional, performance, surveying or demonstration activity at the venue, nor collect contributions or distribute any material.
Except for the event operators negligence or breach of contract or as expressly provided in these Conditions of Entry, the event operator will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you in connection with the event and the venue, including liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by the event operator or its employees, contractors or agents.
If the liability of the event operator may not be excluded but may be limited under any legislation, the event operators liability is limited to replacing, re-supplying or repairing the relevant goods or services (or paying for replacement, resupply or repair) where this would be fair and reasonable. The event operator is not liable for any injury, loss or damage caused by any matter outside the event operators reasonable control (e.g. industrial strikes and acts of God).
Nothing in these Conditions of Entry is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which you may have under consumer protection legislation which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
Any part of these Conditions of Entry which is unenforceable may be severed to the extent necessary to make these Conditions of Entry enforceable.
