Caravan Park Guest Experience Couple

Willowbank, Qld

A position is available for an experienced couple to live in and run a medium sized park.

You will be responsible for day to day operations, you must be confident, bright, friendly and healthy.

To fit into this position you must be able to supervise the day to day running of a caravan park and motel.  Including but not limited to;

Office/Reception

Controlling In and out movements of customers with RMS 9+. Taking bookings, Monitor permanent rentals with a knowledge of Residential Tenancies & Rooming Accommodation Act (RTA) would be beneficial.

Understand how to extend, cancel and shuffle bookings to guests needs, maximizing occupancy.

Maintaining small kiosk which utilises RMS Touch. Be able to balance your daily takings nightly.

Cleaning

Ensuring presentation of rooms and amenities is spotless, presentable and appealing from good cleaning staff control. Some cleaning of Amenities when required.

Maintenance & Ground Keeping

GROUNDS

Maintain the grounds, gardens, and buildings.  Some cleaning of Amenities when required.  Maintaining of on-site treatment plant.  Must provide own hand tools.

MAINTENANCE

It’s vital you have good knowledge of general building repairs and maintenance, to keep all the accommodation in top notch condition.

After Hours

Late check-ins

Attend to guests onsite enquires and needs/ complaints

Provide a secure safe environment

This role is a live in role (Thursday – Monday) for immediate start. Combined salary depending on experience is ($110,000-$118,000).  No pets
