FAULTY 2010 DIRECTORIES
It has come to our attention that some of the directories which have been distributed to consumers have faults caused by a manufacturing problem at our printer. The problems of which we have become aware so far include:-
(a) Pages 53-84 missing completely
(b) The section finishing page 52 on the left and page 85 on the right having been stitched into the collation twice instead of having pages 53-84 included.
If you have a copy please open it at the middle and see if you have page 52 on the left and page 85 on the right in the middle. If so you have a faulty copy which we will gladly replace for you if you would care to contact us at admin@caravanqld.com.au or phone 07 3862 1833 and advise us that you have a faulty copy. We will gladly mail another to you. Regretably we have no way of knowing how many copies are faulty and whilst we are now checking as many copies as we can, it is impossible to check every one of the 260,000 which have already been and are still being distributed. To assist us in ascertaining the extent of the problem, we would appreciate your also advising us how and/or from where you obtained your copy. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience which was caused by a fault beyond our control.
